IPAR, a leading West African think tank based in Senegal, is hiring a Coordinator for the thematic area of ‘Young People, Women, Entrepreneurship, and Mobility’. This role supports strategic research, policy engagement, and dialogue on agricultural, food, and territorial systems in West Africa, with a focus on gender and youth inclusion in entrepreneurship and mobility initiatives. The position aligns with IPAR’s mission to promote diversity and innovation in agricultural and rural development policies.

Who can apply

Applicants must hold a relevant master’s degree or higher in fields such as agriculture, development studies, economics, sociology, or related disciplines. Experience in policy analysis, research coordination, or gender/youth-focused projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of West African contexts and proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken) are mandatory. Citizenship or residency in West Africa is advantageous but not strictly required.
