Graphic Design and Production

Graphic Design and Production is a full-time role based in Kenya focused on refining and overseeing the design-to-production pipeline for client deliverables.

What you'll do

• Make adjustments and corrections on client artworks.
• Continually assess and improve the company’s current product designs.
• Ensure quality production of artworks according to client specifications.
• Coordinate with the sales team when clients lack artwork requests.
• Ensure timely delivery of artwork for production and approvals.
• Create mockups for client approval and guide the production team during order production.
• Prepare artworks in the correct format for production.
• Organize sample sourcing and production through supplier interactions.
• Set daily and weekly objectives and communicate them to sales and procurement departments.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Check production output against client specifications.
• Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements in production.
• Submit performance-based reports and quality checklists on completed jobs.
• Ensure purchased products meet specified quality and quantity requirements.
• Liaise with external printing or production teams to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of production.
