Finance Manager

Apollo Agriculture is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its end-to-end group finance function, including accounting, reporting, tax, regulatory compliance, treasury, FP&A, and lender reporting. This hybrid, full-time role in Nairobi requires 7+ years of finance experience, a professional accounting qualification, and expertise in consolidation, IFRS, audits, and tax compliance—particularly with KRA/iTax and eTIMS for Kenya’s tax system. The position emphasizes AI-driven automation and hands-on collaboration with leadership, auditors, and lenders to ensure accurate financial filings and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include managing month-end close, multi-entity reporting, tax agendas, treasury, budgeting, and investor reporting, while supervising a small finance team. The role demands strong organizational skills, judgment, and a passion for leveraging AI to streamline processes while maintaining high operational standards.
