The MTN Foundation ICT and Business Skills Training Programme (Phase 8) is a five-week blended-learning initiative designed to equip female microbusiness owners in Nigeria with practical, tech-driven skills to enhance their businesses. Focused on Rivers, Abia, Ogun, Kwara, Kano, and Gombe, this programme leverages partnerships with tech giants like Google, Oracle, and Microsoft to deliver online modules, instructor-led sessions, and masterclasses. Participants will also receive data support and compete in a capstone project challenge. The top 100 participants will receive up to ₦1,000,000 in equipment grants, while all participants benefit from digital upskilling to scale their microbusinesses. Applications close on October 11, 2026 for eligible female entrepreneurs aged 18–35 with businesses operational for no more than two years in specified states.
