Astria Learning is seeking an Admissions Counselor to support prospective students from Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya in their academic journey. This is a full-time remote role where you’ll engage with students via phone, WhatsApp, and email, guiding them through enrollment and ensuring a smooth transition into higher education. The position emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, and data management in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

What you'll do

- Manage fee and deposit collections, follow up on payments, and coordinate with finance teams.
- Maintain structured follow-ups, build trust, and increase lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
- Record interactions, update CRM data, and submit progress reports.
