What it offers

• Lead the formulation, execution, and refinement of the Bank’s corporate strategy in alignment with its vision and regulatory requirements.
• Provide data-driven insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to executive management.
• Oversee market, industry, competitor, and macroeconomic analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Champion the Bank’s value proposition and competitive positioning across products and services.
• Manage strategic projects, including planning, risk management, and performance monitoring.

Who can apply

• Minimum of a university degree/HND in Statistics, Economics, or any related discipline from a reputable institution.
• An MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably in a financial institution.

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management.
• Strengthen strategy execution frameworks, policies, and performance management systems.
• Conduct business process reviews and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to executive management.
• Mentor and develop strategy and business analysis team members.
