BIM Civil & Structural Modeller / Detailer

A full-time on-site position for a BIM Civil & Structural Modeller / Detailer is available in Johannesburg, South Africa. The role requires expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with a focus on structural and civil modeling in a professional engineering environment.

What you'll do

• Create and detail 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare 2D General Arrangement (GA) drawings from 3D Revit models.
• Develop concrete reinforcement detailing, including bending schedules in Revit.
• Work with 3D point clouds and Autodesk ReCap for survey data integration.
• Collaborate on projects in the mining or heavy industrial engineering sector.

Who can apply

• Candidates with a Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent) and a Certificate or Diploma in Draughting (Multi-Disciplinary).
• 2–3 years of professional experience using Revit in a structural/civil environment.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM modeling.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
