What you'll do

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns on objectives such as awareness, engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions across Meta platforms
• Set up campaigns and manage budgets, pacing, optimization, and performance monitoring
• Develop audience targeting strategies including interest-based, custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences
• Work closely with creative and account teams to recommend ad formats and messaging improvements
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization recommendations
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and next steps
• Track key metrics including reach, impressions, engagements, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, and conversions
