Senior Learning & Development Associate

BrighterMonday Kenya is hiring a Senior Learning & Development Associate to lead youth skilling initiatives in Kenya, with a focus on employability, soft skills, and inclusion for young women, refugees, and persons with disabilities. The role involves designing and implementing learning strategies, coordinating training activities, and ensuring project milestones are met to improve youth employability.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Lead training and instructional content initiatives to meet skilling needs.
• Coordinate training workplan delivery and ensure execution of learning milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address project-specific training requirements.
• Focus on youth skilling in employability and soft skills, with special attention to young women, refugees, and persons with disabilities.
