Senior CRM Developer, Salesforce and HubSpot

RSA is seeking a Senior CRM Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot to design, develop, and maintain custom CRM solutions. The role focuses on building scalable Salesforce applications, optimizing HubSpot workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities in a dynamic, Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and related platforms.
• Administer, customize, and enhance HubSpot, including integrations, workflows, forms, and marketing automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions across the CRM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Stay current with Salesforce and HubSpot platform updates and industry best practices.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, or middleware.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot administration, APIs, workflows, or marketing automation.
