Junior Development Manager - Midrand

The Junior Development Manager - Midrand role at Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd is a full-time position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This role focuses on managing and monitoring property development projects from design development through to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned property development projects through the project lifecycle, with accountability for delivery from Stage 3 – Design Development to project close-out.
• Work closely with developers, consultants, contractors, and professional teams to ensure project success.
• Handle property development financial modelling, budgets, and project cost management.
• Engage with construction contracts, procurement processes, and investment committee requirements.
• Apply strong project management skills and financial/commercial acumen to drive strategic and entrepreneurial outcomes.

Who can apply

• Candidates with a relevant Honours degree/qualification in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or another property-related field (NQF Level 8).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in property development and/or project management, with a focus on project delivery.
• Experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, and close-out stages.
• Exposure to investment committee processes, development rights, and funding conditions is advantageous.
