Business Development Officer

This full-time position in Kenya seeks a Business Development Officer to drive growth in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on sales, marketing, and relationship management within a Sacco banking context, requiring strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

What you'll do

• Lead sales and marketing initiatives to expand business reach.
• Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term work plans and reports.
• Manage brand, relationship, and business development strategies.
• Utilize SEO, PPC, content creation, social media management, and AI-driven data analytics for digital marketing.
• Train teams and enhance customer service and team motivation.

Who can apply

• Candidates aged 25–45 years.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or Sales).
• Registration with the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) is an added advantage.
