What you'll do

• Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction across AAR Healthcare’s clinics.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with medical and management teams to align customer experience goals with healthcare delivery.
• Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to internationally approved disease management protocols and drug formulary.
