CLINICAL OFFICER

This full-time clinical officer role in Kenya focuses on delivering outpatient and inpatient medical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. What you'll do

• Provide quality outpatient and inpatient medical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health education, and follow-up.
• Perform minor clinical procedures such as circumcision, wound dressing, and suturing/stitching.
• Ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical standards and protocols.

Who can apply

• Hold a Diploma in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Be registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council (COC) with a valid Practicing License.
• Have 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a healthcare facility.
• Demonstrate proficiency in performing minor clinical procedures (circumcision, wound dressing, suturing/stitching).
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
• Maintain good record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Be proficient in computer skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Show strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
