Terawork is hiring a Bid and Tender Officer to manage the full bid and tender process in Lagos, Nigeria. The role involves identifying opportunities, coordinating submissions, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and client requirements.

What it offers

• Full-time, hybrid position based in Lagos City, Lekki
• Salary range: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month

Who can apply

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in bids, tenders, proposals, commercial management, or business development
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Telecommunications, or Energy is an advantage

What you'll do

• Identify and assess relevant tender and bid opportunities
• Coordinate RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and proposal submissions
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams
• Conduct compliance checks and manage submission timelines
• Develop bid strategies, value propositions, and competitive positioning
• Liaise with clients, vendors, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders
• Track tender outcomes, win rates, and performance
• Manage post-submission clarifications, negotiations, and successful bid handovers
