Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead its people strategy in Lagos, Nigeria. The role focuses on talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations across multiple locations.

What it offers

• Salary range: ₦750,000 – ₦1,000,000 per month
• Strategic HR leadership to support business growth and operational excellence
• Responsibility for building talent pipelines, workforce planning, and succession plans

Who can apply

• Candidates with 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR management role
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-driven environments (retail, services, logistics, or multi-location settings) is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are preferred
