What you'll do

• Coordinate lead generation, client engagement, proposals, partnerships, and follow-ups
• Draft emails, letters, newsletters, proposals, and stakeholder correspondence
• Oversee the activities of the brand and graphic designer
• Develop and maintain the annual calendar for the consultancy’s academy, courses, workshops, and other learning programmes
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of courses, including pre-course communication, participant engagement, logistics, materials, and post-course follow-up
• Monitor incoming organisational communications and ensure enquiries, requests, and stakeholder correspondence are appropriately addressed, routed, or escalated promptly
• Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables across the consultancy
