What it offers

• A six-month talent development programme focused on practical experience and career growth.

Who can apply

• Holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or another relevant discipline.
• Applicants must have a minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2).
• Degree must be from a reputable, accredited Nigerian or foreign university.
• Must have completed the NYSC programme.
• Maximum of 2 years’ post-NYSC experience.
• Maximum age of 27 at the time of application.

What you'll do

• Gain hands-on experience within Heirs Holdings’ diversified sectors, including power, energy, banking, insurance, financial services, technology, hospitality, real estate, and healthcare.
