SCI HAUTS PLATEAUX recrute un Responsable des Activités de Restauration pour piloter et développer ses activités de restauration à Yaoundé.

What you'll do

• Pilot and coordinate restaurants, kitchens, fast-foods, and catering activities
• Develop revenue, attendance, and profitability across activities
• Ensure consistent product quality and service standards
• Improve customer experience and optimize kitchen and operational organization
• Manage costs, procurement, inventory, and raw materials
• Implement and enforce production, hygiene, quality, and food safety standards
• Organize, lead, and develop teams and managers across establishments
• Set up and monitor key performance indicators
• Identify and propose improvement and development opportunities
