What you'll do

• Design and document SOPs for soil fertility and pest/disease management
• Plan crop rotations and intercrops to build soil health
• Arrange and interpret soil tests; keep records of organic matter, structure, and input use
• Train and supervise farm workers on regenerative practices
• Write and implement SOPs for scouting, thresholds, and non-chemical pest control
• Build a seasonal crop plan and planting calendar to match market demand
• Forecast volumes, stagger plantings, and manage succession for consistent harvests
• Coordinate harvest, grading, packing, and delivery
• Track sales and waste to adjust plans each season
