Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Health, Health Administration, Engineering, or another relevant discipline
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or possess a valid Certificate of Exemption
• Minimum of 8 years' post-NYSC experience in healthcare operations, healthcare administration, or business operations, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Experience managing operations across multiple clinics, branches, or business locations
• Experience leading operational projects, managing budgets, and implementing process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, operational risk management, facility management, and vendor management
• Willingness and ability to work onsite and travel regularly across multiple clinic locations

What you'll do

• Lead and develop clinic leadership teams across Operations, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Medical Services
• Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and support
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellent patient experience
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve clinic performance, patient experience, and business outcomes
• Manage clinic budgets and operational expenses while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, clinical governance standards, and health and safety regulations
• Lead operational audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives
• Investigate operational incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of clinic facilities, equipment, and physical assets
• Manage vendor and service provider relationships
• Analyze operational, financial, and patient experience data to support data-driven decision-making
