- Experience leading operational projects, managing budgets, and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, operational risk management, facility management, and vendor management
- Willingness and ability to work onsite and travel regularly across multiple clinic locations
What you'll do
- Lead and develop clinic leadership teams across Operations, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Medical Services
- Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and support
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellent patient experience
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve clinic performance, patient experience, and business outcomes
- Manage clinic budgets and operational expenses while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, clinical governance standards, and health and safety regulations
- Lead operational audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives
- Investigate operational incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of clinic facilities, equipment, and physical assets
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships
- Analyze operational, financial, and patient experience data to support data-driven decision-making
