The Borough Lagos is seeking a Female Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for Youtopia Beauty in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse, and administrative functions.
• Manage inventory, including stock monitoring, counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier relationships, and stock replenishment.
• Supervise order fulfilment, logistics, and deliveries.
• Monitor sales performance and identify operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain operational policies, SOPs, and performance reports.
• Lead, coach, and manage operations and retail teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and best practices.
