- Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills
- Computer literacy and experience with SAP/CMMS or similar maintenance systems is an advantage

What you'll do
- Develop, review, and implement maintenance plans for marine, lifting, crane, lifeboat, and related mechanical equipment
- Develop and review maintenance, inspection, testing, and work procedures in line with regulations, OEM recommendations, and industry best practices
- Provide technical support to offshore operations and maintenance teams
- Monitor equipment performance, reliability, and condition; recommend corrective or improvement actions
- Troubleshoot technical problems and follow up on repairs, warranty claims, and contractor activities
- Support major maintenance activities, shutdowns, overhauls, inspections, and heavy lifting operations
- Coordinate technical support for cranes, lifeboats, marine equipment, offloading hoses, buoys, and other lifting-related systems
- Ensure marine and lifting equipment are properly inspected, tested, certified, and maintained
- Review equipment Bills of Materials (BOMs), spare parts requirements, and maintenance data in SAP or other systems
- Identify and specify required spare parts, tools, materials, manpower, and services; support their procurement and offshore mobilization
- Liaise with equipment manufacturers/OEMs, contractors, vendors, and third-party inspection bodies
- Monitor spare parts and consumables to prevent shortages
- Provide technical input into equipment upgrades, modifications, projects, and improvement initiatives
- Support warehouse/material inspections and ensure proper storage of equipment and spare parts
- Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates on equipment performance and maintenance activities
- Visit offshore locations as required and provide hands-on technical support during major operations
- Ensure all activities comply with Company HSE standards, statutory regulations, and safe working practices
- Promote safe working practices and ensure personnel understand their HSE responsibilities
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and operational risks promptly
- Maintain a strong safety culture across offshore and onshore activities
