Santam’s 24-month Graduate Programme 2027 is designed for ambitious graduates ready to launch their careers in insurance and related fields, offering structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience in Johannesburg.

What it offers

• 24-month programme combining accredited learning, leadership development, and technical expertise
• Customised onboarding over the first 100 days
• Focus on FutureFit competencies: creativity, analytical thinking, resilience, navigating ambiguity, digital fluency, and leadership
• Mentorship and coaching from subject matter experts

Who can apply

• Applicants aged between 22 – 30
• Must have no more than 1 year’s work experience
• Must hold a degree in one of the following fields:
  • Finance / Commerce / Risk
  • Computer/Data Science / Information Systems
  • Actuarial Science / Mathematical Statistics
  • Industrial / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Law
• Post-graduate qualifications (Honours) are welcome
