Workplace Officer at M-KOPA Nigeria

M-KOPA Nigeria is hiring a hands-on Workplace Officer to run the operational engine behind its Nigerian facilities, fleet, travel, inventory, vendor and event logistics, reporting to the Senior Lead, Workplaces.

What it offers

• A full-scope operational role spanning fleet administration, facilities management, local travel, inventory control, vendor coordination, airtime/data allocation, and event logistics.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in workplace operations, facilities, administration, logistics, or office management.
• Experience managing multiple operational workstreams across internal teams and external vendors.

What you'll do

• Manage fleet administration: documentation, permits, insurance, claims, fuel cards, reconciliations.
• Run facilities operations: cleaning, maintenance, repairs, vendor follow-up across warehouse and territory locations.
• Coordinate local travel and accommodation within approved budgets.
• Own inventory management: stock checks and discrepancy investigations.
• Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups with Procurement and Finance.
• Process and reconcile airtime/data allocation for employees and field populations.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, employee events, and workplace activities.
