What you'll do
Business Development Officer (Credit Sales)
- Identify and acquire new customers for the company’s credit/loan products.
- Promote and market loan products to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Conduct customer profiling and preliminary credit assessments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on loan applications and coordinate with the credit team to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
- Monitor customer loan performance and support collections to minimize delinquency.
- Cross-sell other financial products and services offered by the company.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and credit procedures.
Community Pharmacist
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and in accordance with physicians’ prescriptions.
- Counsel patients on the safe use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Maintain accurate patient medication records and pharmacy documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, order medications and supplies, and ensure proper storage.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve medication-related concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the pharmacy.
- Responsible for profitable operations of the pharmacy.
