Who can apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field
• 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency or high-growth startup
• Track record of bringing in new client accounts
• Vast knowledge of email marketing
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools: Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Instantly.io
• Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) to manage sales pipelines
• Must be tech-savvy

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline segmented by skill set, seniority, and industry
• Track all requirement activity in the company ATS/CRM and provide weekly pipeline reports
• Research and identify target companies aligned with recruitment niche and service offerings
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pitch decks, and service agreements
• Own the email marketing infrastructure: manage lists, segments, templates, and deliverability
• Set up automated workflows triggered by prospect behaviour (opens, clicks, replies)
• Present monthly performance reviews to leadership with actionable insights
