Deloitte Nigeria is seeking a Chief Marketing, Public Relations & Communication Officer to lead brand, communications and marketing strategy in Lagos.

Who can apply

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Preferred: MBA or relevant Master’s Degree
• Professional certifications in marketing, digital marketing, communications or brand management are an advantage
• Experience: 12–15 years in marketing, PR, corporate communications and brand management, with meaningful time in regulated sectors such as financial services, banking, fintech, telecommunications or FMCG
• Seniority: At least five years at executive or senior leadership level, with direct board-level exposure and enterprise-wide change experience

What you'll do

• Set and execute marketing and communications strategy aligned to business goals
• Act as brand custodian, ensuring consistent and distinctive brand presence across all channels
• Design and run multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline, experiential) to drive customer acquisition and product adoption
• Lead internal and external communications, media relations, public affairs and crisis communications
• Build a data-driven digital marketing capability with clear performance metrics
• Manage marketing budget and lead a high-performing team
