Who can apply

• Unit Accountant: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years’ progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Assistant Food & Beverage Manager: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in food & beverage management within a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
• Executive Sous Chef: Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management. 7+ years’ progressive kitchen experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a 4* or 5* hotel.
• Sales Account Manager: Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Hotel & Restaurant Management. 2+ years' experience in sales and marketing.

What you'll do

• Unit Accountant: Financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
• Assistant Food & Beverage Manager: Restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations; flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Executive Sous Chef: À la carte, buffet, and mass production; cost control and menu profitability.
• Sales Account Manager: Sales and marketing in hospitality; persuasive practical solutions.
