CorpsAfrica is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage payroll, HR data, and systems in a hybrid role across multiple African countries.⁠‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‌⁠

What it offers

• Full-time, non-exempt position with hybrid work expected from CorpsAfrica offices in Morocco, Senegal, Malawi, Rwanda, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda, Gambia and Ethiopia

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
• At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR data management, payroll processing, and HRIS administration, preferably within an international or multi-country non-profit environment
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets and experience using or implementing HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR, or similar systems)
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is strongly preferred

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions across domestic and international locations
• Maintain, audit, and safeguard employee digital records and HR databases to ensure absolute data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality
• Track, analyze, and report on key People & Culture metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, diversity, recruitment yield, and employee engagement data)
• Support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of HRIS, payroll platforms, and performance management tools
• Assist the HR Manager in ensuring compliance with local employment laws, statutory withholdings, and reporting requirements
