What you'll do
- Identify and recruit SSOs and T-Kash agents, targeting mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores
- Conduct regular visits using agreed route plans (beat plans)
- Provide and train agents on transaction tools, AML/KYC processes, SIMREG float and stock rules, and merchandising standards
- Monitor stock levels to ensure agents maintain 1.5x stock rule and SSOs have adequate SIMs for new registrations and activations
