What it offers

• Reports to the Area Sales Manager

Who can apply

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Experience: At least 1 year in sales and distribution within FMCG or telecommunications
• Competencies: Customer focus, influencing and negotiation skills, networking and partnership building, analytical thinking

What you'll do

• Identify and recruit SSOs and T-Kash agents, targeting mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores
• Conduct regular visits using agreed route plans (beat plans)
• Provide and train agents on transaction tools, AML/KYC processes, SIMREG float and stock rules, and merchandising standards
• Monitor stock levels to ensure agents maintain 1.5x stock rule and SSOs have adequate SIMs for new registrations and activations
