Who can apply

• Customer Success Associate: 3–4 years of SaaS experience, technical aptitude, customer service background, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer Support Analyst (B2C): Minimum 2 years in B2C customer support, preferably in fintech or financial services, with CRM experience.

What you'll do

• Customer Success Associate:
  • Train and onboard new customers.
  • Monitor adoption and resolve issues to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain service standards and escalate issues to technical teams.
  • Upsell products and services to drive revenue.
• Customer Support Analyst (B2C):
  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Engage employees to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Escalate complex issues and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge resources.
