• Qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in front desk, customer service, hospital, diagnostic centre, medical laboratory, or healthcare environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to work under pressure.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, clients, and healthcare professionals.
• Register patients and manage records in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and billing; issue receipts and maintain transaction records.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff, schedule appointments, and track test status.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support general administrative tasks.
