UnifiedTrust Network is hiring a Sales / Kitchen Assistant to support customer service, food sales, and kitchen operations in Lagos.

Who can apply

• Minimum qualifications: National Diploma, OND, HND, SSCE, First School Leaving Certificate, Professional Certificate, or Vocational training.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Location requirement: Must live on Lagos Island or nearby for reliable commuting.
• Skills: Tech-savviness (smartphone, POS/order apps, WhatsApp, spreadsheets), good communication, basic numeracy, record-keeping, and customer service.

What you'll do

• Attend to customers, handle orders via POS/order apps/WhatsApp/spreadsheets, and support food packing, labelling, serving, cleaning, and basic kitchen prep.
• Explain menu items, subscriptions, rewards, and promotions to customers.
• Assist with stock checks, inventory updates, daily sales records, and simple reports.
• Maintain cleanliness in front counter, seating, serving, and kitchen support areas.
• Escalate customer complaints, missing items, payment issues, or operational problems.
• Work with the Chef and management to ensure speed, hygiene, and good customer service.
