What you'll do

• Provide security and safety support to IOM Benin City operations under the Field Security Officer
• Maintain working relationships with UNDSS, host government agencies, and local authorities for security information
• Assist in developing and implementing security plans, SOPs, and the Business Continuity Plan
• Monitor staff compliance with security protocols and mandatory training
• Conduct security surveys of offices and manage the Field Office Warden system
• Disseminate safety and security information and maintain communications equipment
• Report security incidents and prepare security reports
• Organize security awareness training and briefings
• Maintain confidential security files and contact databases
