MSF is hiring Human Resources Coordinators to design and oversee HR strategy for field missions in countries where Médecins Sans Frontières operates.

What it offers

• 12-month full-time CDD contract starting 1 November
• Salary between €50,000 and €60,000 gross per year, based on seniority and relevant experience

Who can apply

• Minimum 2 years of HR management experience, including at least 12 months in a coordination role within the humanitarian sector
• Fluency in French (strong asset) and English (C1 level)
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish or Portuguese are a plus
• Availability for a minimum 12-month commitment

What you'll do

• Define, adapt, plan and supervise the mission’s HR strategy in line with operational needs, local law and MSF policies
• Ensure the mission has the right human resources in both quantity and quality
• Manage all administrative, contractual and legal aspects of staffing
• Support line managers in role design, performance reviews, training needs and team composition
• Lead recruitment and provide ongoing support to HR team members, including field visits and regular check-ins
