• Fertilizer Procurement Associate (Kenya): Lead fertilizer procurement, cost-efficient sourcing, and on-time delivery.
• Creative Lead (Burundi, DRC, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia): Deputy to Creative Director, manage creative team (~5 people), oversee SLAs, quality reviews, and brand management.
• Video Editor (Burundi, DRC, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia): Produce videos for training, marketing, and fundraising, focusing on farmer impact stories.
• Global Investor Relations Manager (Burundi, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda): Structure loans to raise working capital.
• Global MEL Senior Associate (Fixed-Term) (Burundi, DRC, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia): Strengthen monitoring and evaluation across growth country portfolio and agroforestry program.
• Tupande Controls, Health & Safety Specialist (Fixed-Term) (Kenya): Lead internal controls design and manage health and safety for Tupande factories.
• Grants Finance Manager (Burundi, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, United States): Own budget development and compliance for high-value partnerships.
• Tupande MEL Manager (Kenya): Drive data quality and measurement strategy for Tupande’s impact.
