SEND Graduate Trainee Programme 2026

SEND’s six-month Graduate Trainee Programme trains and rotates you through Operations, Customer Experience, and Commercial, culminating in a permanent role for strong performers. No prior logistics experience is required—SEND teaches you the fundamentals on-site in Yaba, Lagos.

Who can apply

• Holders of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of structured work experience (including NYSC year)
• Strong numeracy, logic, critical thinking, written/verbal communication, research ability, willingness to learn, and sense of urgency
• Bonus if you’ve built a project, product, thesis, or final-year project worth sharing

What you'll do

• Month 1: Classroom training on supply chain, logistics, SEND systems, plus tests and tasks
• Months 2–4: Rotations in Customer Experience and Supply Chain Operations
• Month 5: Commercial rotation selling to customers
• Month 6: Placement in your strongest department based on performance and preference
• Complete assigned tasks to set standards, analyze systems for improvements, and compile reports/presentations
