Chi Farms Ltd. invites fresh graduates to join its structured training program, designed to build technical and managerial skills across its integrated poultry, aquaculture, and veterinary businesses.

What it offers

• A 12-month rotational training across Chi Farms’ integrated operations:
  • Poultry breeding and hatchery
  • Broiler production and processing
  • Aquaculture (catfish breeding and rearing)
  • Poultry vaccine production and veterinary services
  • Technical services and customer support

Who can apply

• Recent graduates with a degree in:
  • Animal Science / Animal Production
  • Veterinary Medicine
  • Fisheries / Aquaculture
  • Food Science / Technology
  • Biochemistry / Microbiology
  • Agricultural Economics / Business Administration

What you'll do

• Complete rotations in at least three core departments over the year
• Participate in hands-on training in poultry and aquaculture operations
• Assist with vaccine production and quality control in the laboratory
• Support technical service delivery to customers and field teams
• Attend capacity-building courses at the Chi Farms Training Institute
