What you'll do

• Provide first-level support for WMS, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure continuous running of the SPEED WMS to support warehouse operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SPEED WMS incidents, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Support configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of RF guns and related devices.
• Manage user access, generate and monitor WMS and TMS reports, and conduct end-user training.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and IT equipment.
• Monitor network and RF infrastructure, log outages, and prepare daily operational reports for the MIS Manager.
