- Regional Sales Executive-Western
- Drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, passenger growth, and market share targets.
- Lead targeted sales prospecting, executive-level client engagement, and strategic market penetration initiatives.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent brand representation at all touchpoints.
- Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of funds for sales activities, promotions, and trade engagements.
- Sales & Ticketing Agent-Kisumu and Sales & Ticketing Agent-Eldoret
- Process flight bookings and transactions accurately, offering the best available fares.
- Meet and exceed individual and station sales targets by upselling and cross-selling Jambojet products and services.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, promotions, and travel requirements.
- Assist customers with queries related to bookings, cancellations, refunds, and other ticketing services.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback courteously, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Perform accurate daily reconciliation of sales returns and maintain up-to-date records and reports.
