Who can apply

• Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management or any relevant field
• Experience: 5 – 7 years as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or similar HR role
• Preferred: Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) or progress toward it; experience in an educational setting or start-up environment

What you'll do

• Recruitment: coordinate job ads, candidate communication, interviews, assessments and pre-employment checks
• Onboarding: prepare documentation, induction checklists and probation/confirmation paperwork
• HR operations: maintain accurate electronic and physical employee records and HR databases
• Performance management: support appraisal processes and probation reviews
• Learning & development: coordinate induction, training and CPD record-keeping
• Employee engagement: assist with staff events, internal communications and wellbeing initiatives
• Compliance: implement HR policies and maintain statutory records
