Norrenberger Financial Group is currently recruiting for two roles in Abuja, Nigeria: a contract-based NYSC Internship in Administration & Facility Management and a full-time Talent Management Officer position.

• NYSC Intern - Administration & Facility Management: Contract role supporting day-to-day administrative and facility management activities.
• Talent Management Officer: Full-time role focused on performance management, learning & development, and talent initiatives.

Who can apply

• NYSC Intern - Administration & Facility Management:
  • Must be posted to Abuja for NYSC service.
  • Must be a Batch A or Batch B1 2026 NYSC Corps Member.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Estate Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum of 2:1.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Talent Management Officer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, or a related HR function.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

What you'll do

• NYSC Intern - Administration & Facility Management:
  • Support daily administrative and facility management operations.
  • Assist with office supplies, equipment, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment; assist with administrative documentation and reports.
• Talent Management Officer:
  • Coordinate performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, assessments).
  • Support learning & development programmes and career development initiatives.
  • Assist in talent identification, succession planning, and employee engagement.
