Abodes Lagos is recruiting a full-time Land Surveyor to conduct land and topographic surveys, prepare reports, and support asset decisions in Lagos, Nigeria.

Who can apply

• Minimum 4 years post-NYSC experience
• Proficiency in setting out and parcellation
• Ability to pick points, take measurements, and generate perimeter surveys
• Ability to pick coordinates and chart them both unofficially and officially
• Strong experience engaging locals and families on land protection
• Ability to lead engineers and coordinate site activities effectively

What you'll do

• Plan and conduct land and topographic surveys for current and prospective assets
• Operate surveying instruments and collect accurate field data
• Prepare survey reports and produce drawings or maps
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to verify boundaries and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide technical input on asset feasibility and valuation
• Maintain survey records and adhere to safety standards
• Support continuous improvement of surveying processes and tools
