• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Minimum of a technical or vocational qualification in environmental science, chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, or a related field; prior experience in ETP or industrial water treatment is an advantage.

What you'll do

• Monitor, operate, and control the Effluent Treatment Plant to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Check plant parameters, manage chemical dosing, operate pumps and filters, record operational data, and report deviations or equipment issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective actions.
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of treatment chemicals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
