Bxfrox is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day business activities in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Who can apply

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, production coordination, or a similar field
• Experience in manufacturing, fashion, retail, or product-based businesses is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and other digital business tools

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Monitor customer orders from confirmation through production, dispatch, and delivery
• Coordinate with production teams to meet agreed timelines
• Track production schedules, stock levels, and procurement needs
• Supervise operational staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
• Prepare regular operational reports for management
• Implement systems and tools to improve efficiency and accountability
