• Experience: 8–12 years
• Preferred background: Business, Marketing, Engineering, Building Technology or related field; experience in construction chemicals or building materials is highly preferred

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
• Build and manage distributors, dealers, contractors and key accounts nationwide
• Drive product specification with architects, developers, consultants and project owners
• Identify and convert major construction and infrastructure projects
• Expand market penetration and develop new territories and sales channels
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer insights
• Lead, coach and manage the national sales team
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Supply Chain and Finance teams
• Drive customer retention, profitability and overall commercial growth
