Who can apply

• Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 2–4 years in IT support, network administration, or systems administration
• Skills: Good understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPNs), troubleshooting, Windows and/or Linux systems, problem-solving, and communication
• Advantage: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft certifications

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain network, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, IP cameras, and related equipment
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, operating systems, and other IT infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, access rights, email, and other IT services
• Monitor network and system performance and resolve issues promptly
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related problems
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and basic security checks
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up and disabling IT access
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory and basic documentation of IT equipment and infrastructure
• Liaise with internet service providers and other IT vendors
• Provide technical support to users and escalate complex issues
• Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate reported incidents
