Fortics Lifecare Limited is seeking a proactive Hospital Marketer / Field Business Development Executive Officer to drive patient acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth through field marketing and business development in Lagos.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, medical sales, or a related field
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship management; ability to generate and convert leads; target-driven and comfortable with extensive field work
• Location: Must reside within Lekki and its environs

What you'll do

• Drive patient acquisition through field marketing, outreach, and business development
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, HMOs, corporate organisations, and referral partners
• Identify, develop, and secure new corporate healthcare partnerships
• Generate, manage, and convert qualified business and patient leads
• Expand and strengthen the hospital’s referral network
• Conduct market visits, corporate visits, community outreach, and promotional activities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Represent the hospital professionally in external meetings and engagements
• Achieve assigned business development, patient acquisition, partnership, sales, and revenue targets
• Maintain records and prepare regular reports on field activities and business performance
• Collaborate with Growth, Client Care, and Clinical Teams to improve patient experience and business conversion
