The EWSETA, University of Limpopo and Department of Water and Sanitation Graduate Internship Programme 2026 offers unemployed University of Limpopo graduates a structured workplace-based learning experience in the water and sanitation sector.

What it offers

• Gain practical exposure to the water and sanitation sector
• Develop occupational and professional competencies
• Apply academic knowledge in a workplace environment
• Receive structured supervision and mentorship
• Strengthen workplace readiness and employability

Who can apply

• Must be graduates of the University of Limpopo
• Hold a four-year Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Water and Sanitation Sciences
• Be 35 years old or younger at the time of application
• Be unemployed
• Be available to participate for the full internship period
• Willing to undertake structured workplace-based learning, supervision and mentorship
• Have not previously participated in an internship programme
• Not currently hold an EWSETA-funded grant
